It was a pleasure working with the staff at HeartZap. They were very accommodating in regard to meeting our specific scheduling needs for First Aid Training. The split format (online and in-class) worked well, allowing everyone the flexibility to complete the online portion according to their own schedule, and ensuring that everyone had at least the same basic level of understanding of First Aid Procedures prior to the in-class session. The instructors for the in-class training were very knowledgeable and made this a more dynamic learning experience by sharing their own experiences as First Aid providers. I would highly recommend HeartZap as an excellent First Aid Training Provider.
