Inside Sales & Administration
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Cambridge team. The position reports to the VP, but will work collaboratively with the full team.

The ideal candidate for this position would be described as follows:
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, marketing and/or customer service
- Ability to converse with customers by phone
- Present and communicate in a professional manner
- Ability to understand customer needs and develop a rapport
- Organized with good time management skills
- Computer literacy
- Bilingual (English & French) an asset
- Previous experience within the health and safety field is not necessary, but definitely an asset
- Post-Secondary education in business and or marketing
Details of Position:
- Cultivate new business opportunities through the engagement of current and prospective customers
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Updating our web and online store when required
- Creating & implementing e-blast marketing campaign
- Accounts receivable – follow up on all outstanding accounts
- Shipping of customer orders and complete invoicing
- Responsible for receiving and inventory of products
- Make inside sales calls to prospective clients and identify qualified leads
- Lead generation of prospective new accounts, focusing on understanding the customer’s needs, developing a rapport, and handing the lead to an outside sales representative at the right time
- Follow up with current customers and cross-promote other safety programs that we offer
- Other duties as assigned
