I just completed my first aid training. Our teacher/instructor John B. is one of the best teachers I have come across in a long time. John was able to connect with my team and I. We were all very excited to sit and hear him speak/teach with real-life scenarios he has come across.

It was a pleasure working with the staff at HeartZap. They were very accommodating in regard to meeting our specific scheduling needs for First Aid Training. The split format (online and in-class) worked well, allowing everyone the flexibility to complete the online portion according to their own schedule, and ensuring that everyone had at least the same basic level of understanding of First Aid Procedures prior to the in-class session. The instructors for the in-class training were very knowledgeable and made this a more dynamic learning experience by sharing their own experiences as First Aid providers.
